Meet Katherine Boury: 2026 PRSA Puget Sound PR Professional of the Year

Katherine embodies these qualities through an exceptional career dedicated to elevating our community.
A Leader in Strategic Storytelling & Community Impact
Katherine is a public relations leader with nearly two decades of experience advancing nonprofit missions in a variety of roles. She has elevated organizations through compelling storytelling, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and community engagement.
She has served as a national, regional, and local spokesperson for prominent organizations that include:
- Seattle Rep
- Evergreen Goodwill
- The American Red Cross
- The Neighborhood Farmers Market Alliance
- Numerous regional arts organizations
Holistic Leadership & Service
In addition to her professional work, Katherine has supported vital fundraising efforts for Team Survivor NW and Northwest Hope & Healing. As a certified yoga instructor, she brings a holistic, people-centered approach to her community involvement.
Her dedication to our association is equally steadfast, having served two full terms on the Puget Sound Public Relations Association Board and currently serving on the Phinney Neighborhood Association Board.

- Where: Tacoma Art Museum - 1701 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA
- Tickets: $90 for Members | $115 for Non-Members (Includes dinner; no-host bar)
- Logistics: The museum has direct access to two parking lots. The venue is also easily accessible via Pierce Transit and Sound Transit.
